1. Use of the App

PostME is designed to help users create personalized social media posts using their own name, profession, images, and other details.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create using the App, including:

  • Text, names, or designations entered

  • Images or logos selected from your device

  • Posts generated and shared using the App

PostME does not claim ownership of your content.
You retain full rights to any content you create.

3. Local Data Storage

All user-entered data (such as profile details and images) is stored locally on your device.
We do not collect, upload, or store your personal content on external servers.

If you uninstall the App, your locally stored data may be deleted automatically.

4. Sharing Content

The App allows you to share generated posts using third-party apps (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

PostME is not responsible for how third-party platforms handle your shared content. Please review their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All app-related assets, including:

  • App design

  • UI elements

  • Templates

  • Logos and branding (excluding user content)

are the intellectual property of PostME and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.

6. App Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the App

  • Release updates or improvements without prior notice

We are not liable if the App becomes temporarily unavailable due to technical or maintenance reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostME is provided on an “as is” basis.

We are not responsible for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of the App

  • Errors, interruptions, or data loss caused by device issues

  • Misuse of generated content

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Children’s Use

PostME is not intended for users under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly allow children to use the App.
